महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-6, verse-186

स्वीयशक्तिं वामभागे संस्थाप्य पृथगासने ।
एकासनोपविष्टो वा पात्रं कुर्यात् मनोरमम् ॥१८६॥
186. svīyaśaktiṁ vāmabhāge saṁsthāpya pṛthagāsane ,
ekāsanopaviṣṭo vā pātraṁ kuryāt manoramam.
