महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-6, verse-114

महावाक्येन चोत्सृज्य कृताञ्जलिपुटो वदेत् ।
यथोक्तेन विधानेन तुभ्यमस्तु समर्पितम् ॥११४॥
114. mahāvākyena cotsṛjya kṛtāñjalipuṭo vadet ,
yathoktena vidhānena tubhyamastu samarpitam.

114. With hands joined in anjali and having consecrated it with the great mantra according to the prescribed rule, he should say: Let this be offered to you.
