येषु येषु च तन्त्रेषु ये ये मन्त्राः प्रकीर्तिताः ।
ते सर्वे तव मन्त्राः स्युस्त्वमाद्या प्रकृतिर्यतः ॥१९॥

ca yeṣu yeṣu tantreṣu ye ye mantrāḥ prakīrtitāḥ,
te sarve tava mantrāḥ syuḥ,
yataḥ tvam ādyā prakṛtiḥ

yataḥ tvam ādyā prakṛtiḥ
19. And in whichever tantras any mantras are declared, all of those are your mantras, since you are primordial nature itself.
