आदौ भक्तिर्भवेद्देवि दीक्षार्थं समुदन्ति ये ।
पुनवीपुलहृष्टास्ते आदियोग्या इतीरिताः ॥२८॥

28. O goddess, those who at the very beginning have devotion arising for the sake of initiation, and who are again exceedingly joyful, are declared to be fit at the initial stage.
