श्रीचक्रं कौलिको मोहाद्विशेषदिवसेषु यः ।
न करोति समर्थः सन् स भवेद् योगिनीपशुः ॥१०७॥

107. śrīcakraṁ kauliko mohādviśeṣadivaseṣu yaḥ ,
na karoti samarthaḥ san sa bhaved yoginīpaśuḥ.

yaḥ kaulikaḥ samarthaḥ san mohāt viśeṣa divaseṣu śrīcakram na karoti,
saḥ yoginīpaśuḥ bhavet

107. If a kaulika (follower of the Kaula path), despite being capable, fails to worship the śrīcakra on special days out of delusion, he becomes a beast of the yoginīs.
