योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-104, verse-5

न क्वचित्सन्ति भूतानि पञ्च कुट्यादयो न वा ।
असन्त्यप्यनुभूतानि ननु स्वप्नदशास्विव ॥ ५ ॥
na kvacitsanti bhūtāni pañca kuṭyādayo na vā ,
asantyapyanubhūtāni nanu svapnadaśāsviva 5
5. na kvacit santi bhūtāni pañca kuṭyādayaḥ na vā
asanti api anubhūtāni nanu svapnadaśāsu iva
5. pañca bhūtāni kvacit na santi,
vā kuṭyādayaḥ na nanu,
asanti api (te) svapnadaśāsu iva anubhūtāni
5. Neither do the five elements (bhūta) exist anywhere, nor do houses (kuṭi) and similar things. Though they are non-existent, they are certainly experienced, just as in dream states.
