पुनरस्य प्रमाणं हि निर्दिष्टं शास्त्रकोविदैः ।

7. Moreover, its validity (pramāṇa) has indeed been declared by experts in the scriptures. And it has been heard by us that Vedic teachings (veda-vādāḥ) diminish with each passing age.
