महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-22, verse-3

संघातितमिवाकाशं जलदैः सुमहाद्भुतैः ।
सृजद्भिरतुलं तोयमजस्रं सुमहारवैः ॥३॥
3. saṁghātitamivākāśaṁ jaladaiḥ sumahādbhutaiḥ ,
sṛjadbhiratulaṁ toyamajasraṁ sumahāravaiḥ.
3. saṃghātitam iva ākāśam jaladaiḥ sumahādbhutaiḥ
sṛjadbhiḥ atulam toyam ajasram sumahāravaiḥ
3. The sky was as if compacted by the exceedingly wondrous clouds, which discharged immeasurable water incessantly with very great roars.
