महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-6, verse-22

अस्रकोणे पूर्णशैलमुड्डीयानन्तथैव च ।
जालन्धरं कामरूपं सचतुर्थीनमोऽन्तकम् ।
निजनामादिबीजाढ्यं पूजयेत् साधकोत्तमः ॥२२॥
22. asrakoṇe pūrṇaśailamuḍḍīyānantathaiva ca ,
jālandharaṁ kāmarūpaṁ sacaturthīnamo'ntakam ,
nijanāmādibījāḍhyaṁ pūjayet sādhakottamaḥ.

eva ca jālandharam kāmarūpam
sa-caturthi-namaḥ-antakam nija-nāma-ādi-bīja-āḍhyam

22. O best of practitioners, in the corners of the enclosure, one should worship Pūrṇaśaila, Uḍḍiyāna, as well as Jālandhara and Kāmarūpa, ending with the dātive case and the word namaḥ, and enriched with the bīja and one's own name at the beginning.
