मायाबीजं स्वशिरसि दशधा प्रजपेत् सुधीः ।
वदने प्रणवं तद्वत् पुनर्मायां हृदम्बुजे ।

170. The wise practitioner should repeat the māyābīja ten times on his head, the praṇava similarly on his mouth, and again the māyā in the lotus of his heart. Having thus repeated it seven times, he should perform prāṇāyāma.
