महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-6, verse-168

गुरुं शिरसि सञ्चिन्त्य देवतां हृदयाम्बुजे ।
रसनायां मूलविद्यां तेजोरूपां विचिन्त्य च ।
त्रयाणान्तेजसाऽत्मानमेकीभूतं विचिन्तयेत् ॥१६८॥
168. guruṁ śirasi sañcintya devatāṁ hṛdayāmbuje ,
rasanāyāṁ mūlavidyāṁ tejorūpāṁ vicintya ca ,
trayāṇāntejasā'tmānamekībhūtaṁ vicintayet.

168. Having meditated upon the guru on his head, the deity in the lotus of his heart, and the root mantra (mūlavidyā) in the form of light on his tongue, he should contemplate the self (ātman) as having become unified with the radiance of these three.
