yaḥ asya pātālacakraṃ bhūcakrajyotiścakrasamanvitam parārdham vetti,

208. He who knows this supreme limit of the nether world, the earthly sphere, and the celestial sphere, together with the wheel of lights, is indeed omniscient without a doubt.
