महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-14, verse-196

सर्वागमानां तन्त्राणां सारात्सारं परात्परम् ।
तन्त्रराजमिदं ज्ञात्वा जायते सर्वशास्त्रवित् ॥१९६॥
196. sarvāgamānāṁ tantrāṇāṁ sārātsāraṁ parātparam ,
tantrarājamidaṁ jñātvā jāyate sarvaśāstravit.
196. sarva-āgamānām tantrāṇām sāra-āt sāram paraat-param
tantra-rājam idam jñātvā jāyate sarva-śāstra-vit
196. idam tantra-rājam sarva-āgamānām tantrāṇām sāra-āt
sāram paraat-param jñātvā sarva-śāstra-vit jāyate
196. By knowing this supreme king of tantras, which is the very essence of all āgamas and tantras, and higher than the highest, one becomes a knower of all śāstras.
