कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-14, verse-83

मन्त्रौषधेर्यथा हन्याद्विषशक्तिं कुलेश्वरि ।
पशुपाशं तथा चिन्द्याद्दीक्षया मन्त्रवित् क्षणात् ॥८३॥
83. mantrauṣadheryathā hanyādviṣaśaktiṁ kuleśvari ,
paśupāśaṁ tathā cindyāddīkṣayā mantravit kṣaṇāt.
83. mantrauṣadheḥ yathā hanyāt viṣaśaktiṃ kuleśvari
paśupāśaṃ tathā chindyāt dīkṣayā mantravit kṣaṇāt
83. kuleśvari,
yathā mantrauṣadheḥ viṣaśaktiṃ hanyāt,
tathā mantravit dīkṣayā kṣaṇāt paśupāśaṃ chindyāt.
83. O Kuleśvari, just as a mantra and medicine can destroy the power of poison, so too can an expert in mantras quickly sever the bonds of the individual soul through initiation.
