अथ चैनं नित्यजातं नित्यं वा मन्यसे मृतम् ।
तथापि त्वं महाबाहो नैनं शोचितुमर्हसि ॥२६॥

26. atha cainaṁ nityajātaṁ nityaṁ vā manyase mṛtam ,
tathāpi tvaṁ mahābāho nainaṁ śocitumarhasi.

Moreover, even if you consider this (self/ātman) to be perpetually born and perpetually dead, still, O mighty-armed one, you should not grieve for it.
