स्थिते त्वय्यात्मनि विभो ते तथैव व्यवस्थिताः ॥ ७ ॥

Then, O all-pervading one (vibhu), when You, the Self (ātman), have withdrawn all that manifestation and come to rest, they (the subtle elements or unmanifested beings) remained in that very same state.
