वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-92, verse-4

न राज्ञां यत्र पीदा स्यान्नाश्रमाणां विनाशनम् ।
स देशो दृश्यतां सौम्य नापराध्यामहे यथा ॥४॥
4. na rājñāṃ yatra pīdā syānnāśramāṇāṃ vināśanam ,
sa deśo dṛśyatāṃ saumya nāparādhyāmahe yathā.
4. na rājñām yatra pīḍā syāt na āśramāṇām vināśanam
saḥ deśaḥ dṛśyatām saumya na aparādhyāmahe yathā
4. saumya yatra rājñām pīḍā na syāt āśramāṇām vināśanam
na saḥ deśaḥ dṛśyatām yathā na aparādhyāmahe
4. O gentle one, let such a country be found where there is no oppression for rulers, nor destruction for the spiritual retreats (āśrama), so that we do not commit any wrong.
