वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-34, verse-30

अम्ब मा दुःखिता भूस्त्वं पश्य त्वं पितरं मम ।
क्षयो हि वनवासस्य क्षिप्रमेव भविष्यति ॥३०॥
30. amba mā duḥkhitā bhūstvaṃ paśya tvaṃ pitaraṃ mama ,
kṣayo hi vanavāsasya kṣiprameva bhaviṣyati.
30. amba mā duḥkhitā bhūḥ tvam paśya tvam pitaram
mama kṣayaḥ hi vanavāsasya kṣipram eva bhaviṣyati
30. amba tvam duḥkhitā mā bhūḥ tvam mama pitaram
paśya hi vanavāsasya kṣayaḥ kṣipram eva bhaviṣyati
30. O mother, do not be distressed. Look at my father. For, the period of forest exile will indeed end quickly.
