न्यसेन्न्यासोक्तविधिना साधकः सुसमाहितः ।
हृदादिकरपर्यन्तमेवमेव विधीयते ॥४३॥

43. nyasennyāsoktavidhinā sādhakaḥ susamāhitaḥ ,

sūsamāhitaḥ sādhakaḥ nyāsokta-vidhinā nyaset
hṛd-ādi-kara-paryantam evam eva vidhīyate

43. Fully composed, the practitioner should perform nyāsa according to the prescribed rules, and in this very manner from the heart up to the hands it is ordained.
