महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-3, verse-136

ततः श्रीगुरुपादाब्जे दण्डवत् पतितं शिशुम् ।
उत्थापयेद् गुरुः स्नेहादिमं मन्त्रमुदीरयन् ॥१३६॥
136. tataḥ śrīgurupādābje daṇḍavat patitaṁ śiśum ,
utthāpayed guruḥ snehādimaṁ mantramudīrayan.

utthāpayet guruḥ snehāt imaṃ mantram udīrayan

136. Then, out of affection, the guru should raise up the child who has fallen like a staff at the lotus-feet of the sacred guru, while reciting this mantra.
