ajñānatimirāndhaḥ api mūrkhaḥ karmajaḍaḥ api vā
etat mahātantram śṛṇvan karmabandhāt vimucyate

205. Even one who is blinded by the darkness of ignorance, or is a fool, or even dull-witted regarding karma - by hearing this great tantra, he is freed from the bonds of karma.
