महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-14, verse-184

विप्राद्यन्त्यजपर्यन्ता द्विपदा येऽत्र भूतले ।
ते सर्वेऽस्मिन् कुलाचारे भवेयुरधिकारिणः ॥१८४॥
184. viprādyantyajaparyantā dvipadā ye'tra bhūtale ,
te sarve'smin kulācāre bhaveyuradhikāriṇaḥ.
184. viprādyantyajaparyantāḥ dvipadāḥ ye atra bhūtale
te sarve asmin kulācāre bhaveyuḥ adhikāriṇaḥ
184. ye dvipadāḥ viprādi-antyaja-paryantāḥ atra bhūtale
te sarve asmin kula-ācāre adhikāriṇaḥ bhaveyuḥ
184. All bipeds on this earth, ranging from brahmins to outcasts, are indeed eligible for this kula-ācāra.
