महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-14, verse-160

ब्रह्मविष्णुमहेशानां भित्त्वा तालुशिरःशिखाः ।
प्रादुर्भूतोऽयमों तत्सत् सर्वमन्त्रोत्तमोत्तमः ॥१६०॥
160. brahmaviṣṇumaheśānāṁ bhittvā tāluśiraḥśikhāḥ ,
prādurbhūto'yamoṁ tatsat sarvamantrottamottamaḥ.
