यदुक्तं परमेशानि मातेव हितकारिणि ।

yat uktam parama-īśāni mātā iva hita-kāriṇi
niḥśreyasam tat lokānām phala-vyāpṛta-cetasām

parama-īśāni hita-kāriṇi mātā iva yat uktam tat
phala-vyāpṛta-cetasām lokānām niḥśreyasam (bhavati)

140. O supreme goddess, O benevolent one like a mother, whatever has been spoken is indeed for the ultimate liberation (niḥśreyasa) of people whose minds are engaged in (attaining) fruits.
