कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-5, verse-93

अयष्ट्वा भैरवं देवमकृत्वा मन्त्रतर्पणम् ।
पशुपानविधौ पीत्वा वीरोऽपि नरकं व्रजेत् ॥९३॥
93. ayaṣṭvā bhairavaṁ devamakṛtvā mantratarpaṇam ,
paśupānavidhau pītvā vīro'pi narakaṁ vrajet.

paśupānavidhau pītvā vīraḥ api narakam vrajet
93. devam bhairavam ayaṣṭvā mantra-tarpaṇam akṛtvā
paśu-pāna-vidhau pītvā api vīraḥ narakam vrajet
93. Even a hero, if he drinks in the ritual of animal sacrifice without worshipping Bhairava and without performing the offering of mantras, goes to hell.
