कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-5, verse-14

अवरोप्य पुनः शीतामवस्थां प्रापयेत्ततः ।
पादोनप्रस्थकैः पिष्ट्वा हस्ताभ्यां मेलयेत् सुधीः ॥१४॥
14. avaropya punaḥ śītāmavasthāṁ prāpayettataḥ ,
pādonaprasthakaiḥ piṣṭvā hastābhyāṁ melayet sudhīḥ.

14. Then, having taken it down, the wise practitioner should bring it to a cool state, grind it with measures of three quarters of a prastha, and mix it with both hands.
