मानसं वाचिकं पापं कायिकं वापि यत् कृतम् ।
तत् सर्वं निर्द्दहेच्चीघ्रं प्राणायामत्रयं शिवे ॥४२॥

42. mānasaṁ vācikaṁ pāpaṁ kāyikaṁ vāpi yat kṛtam ,
tat sarvaṁ nirddaheccīghraṁ prāṇāyāmatrayaṁ śive.

42. O Śivā, whatever sin has been committed by the mind, speech, or body, all of that is quickly burned away by three practices of prāṇāyāma.
