मुञ्चेत् पिङ्गलया वायुमन्तःस्थं रेचको भवेत् ॥३५॥

antaḥstham vāyum piṅgalayā muñcet,
saḥ recakaḥ bhavet.

35. Repeating the sacred syllable oṃ with three morae twelve times with the intellect, one should release the breath situated inside through the piṅgalā channel, and that becomes recaka.
