कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-14, verse-34

स्पर्शाख्या देवि दृक्संज्ञा मानसाख्या महेश्वरि ।
क्रियायासादिरहिता देवा दीक्षा त्रिधा स्मृता ॥३४॥
34. sparśākhyā devi dṛksaṁjñā mānasākhyā maheśvari ,
kriyāyāsādirahitā devā dīkṣā tridhā smṛtā.
