संसाराम्बुनिधावस्मिन्वासनाम्बुपरिप्लुते ।

22. In this ocean of transmigration (saṃsāra), which is flooded with the waters of desires (vāsanā), those who are endowed with wisdom (prajñā) and have boarded the boat have crossed over. Others are drowned.
