योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-89, verse-23

इन्द्रं ध्यायति सा यावत्तावत्तस्या विराजते ।
मुखं पूर्णेन चन्द्रेण प्रबुद्धमिव कैरवम् ॥ २३ ॥

23. Whenever she meditates on Indra (Indram), her face shines splendidly, like a night-blooming lotus (kairavam) awakened by the full moon.
