योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-2, chapter-19, verse-18

अनुभूतेर्वेदनस्य प्रतिपत्तेर्यथाभिधम् ।
प्रत्यक्षमिति नामेह कृतं जीवः स एव नः ॥ १८ ॥
