योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-9, verse-20

पञ्चाशतं सुताञ्जज्ञे जया लब्धवरा पुरा ।
वधार्थं सुरसैन्यानां ते क्षमाः कामचारिणः ॥ २० ॥
pañcāśataṃ sutāñjajñe jayā labdhavarā purā ,
vadhārthaṃ surasainyānāṃ te kṣamāḥ kāmacāriṇaḥ 20
20. pañcāśatam sutān jajñe jayā labdhavarā purā
vadhārtham surasainyānām te kṣamāḥ kāmacāriṇaḥ
20. Formerly, Jayā, who had obtained a boon, gave birth to fifty sons. They were capable of destroying the armies of the gods and could move about at will.
