वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-5, verse-10

बह्वेतत् कामयानस्य शक्यमेतेन जीवितुम् ।
यदहं सा च वामोरुरेकां धरणिमाश्रितौ ॥१०॥
10. bahvetat kāmayānasya śakyametena jīvitum ,
yadahaṃ sā ca vāmorurekāṃ dharaṇimāśritau.

yat aham sā ca vāmorūḥ ekām dharaṇim āśritau
10. yat aham ca sā vāmorūḥ ekām dharaṇim āśritau,
etat bahu kāmayānasya etena jīvitum śakyam.
10. For one who desires so much, it is possible to sustain life on this premise: that I and she, the fair-thighed one, both reside on the same earth.
