वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-58, verse-8

मयातुला विसृष्टा हि शैलवृष्टिर्निरन्तरा ।
देवानपि रणे हन्यात् किं पुनस्तान्निशाचरान् ॥८॥
8. mayātulā visṛṣṭā hi śailavṛṣṭirnirantarā ,
devānapi raṇe hanyāt kiṃ punastānniśācarān.
