वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-58, verse-14

अश्विनोर्माननार्थं हि सर्वलोकपितामहः ।
सर्वावध्यत्वमतुलमनयोर्दत्तवान्पुरा ॥१४॥
14. aśvinormānanārthaṃ hi sarvalokapitāmahaḥ ,
sarvāvadhyatvamatulamanayordattavānpurā.
14. aśvinoḥ mānanārtham hi sarvalokapitāmahaḥ
sarvāvadhya-tvam atulam anayoḥ dattavān purā
14. sarvalokapitāmahaḥ hi purā aśvinoḥ mānanārtham

14. Indeed, in the past, the progenitor of all beings (Brahmā) bestowed upon these two (the Aśvins) unequalled invulnerability from all, in order to honor them.
