वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-58, verse-16

सो ऽहमभ्यवहारार्थी तौ दृष्ट्वा कृतनिश्चयः ।
तेन साम्ना विनीतेन पन्थानमभियाचितः ॥१६॥
16. so'hamabhyavahārārthī tau dṛṣṭvā kṛtaniścayaḥ ,
tena sāmnā vinītena panthānamabhiyācitaḥ.

16. I, being desirous of food, saw those two and formed a resolution. Then, I was humbly requested by him with gentle words for passage on the path.
