वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-43, verse-19

लक्ष्मणेनैवमुक्ता तु क्रुद्धा संरक्तलोचना ।
अब्रवीत् परुषं वाक्यं लक्ष्मणं सत्यवादिनम् ॥१९॥
19. lakṣmaṇenaivamuktā tu kruddhā saṃraktalocanā ,
abravīt paruṣaṃ vākyaṃ lakṣmaṇaṃ satyavādinam.

abravīt paruṣam vākyam lakṣmaṇam satyavādinam
19. tu lakṣmaṇena evam uktā,
kruddhā saṃraktalocanā (sā) satyavādinam lakṣmaṇam paruṣam vākyam abravīt.
19. But Sita, thus addressed by Lakshmana, became angry, her eyes reddened, and she spoke harsh words to Lakshmana, the truth-teller.
