वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-34, verse-14

राजा सत्वरमाहूय व्यापृतं वित्तसंचये ।
उवाच देशकालज्ञो निश्चितं सर्वतः शुचि ॥१४॥
14. rājā satvaramāhūya vyāpṛtaṃ vittasaṃcaye ,
uvāca deśakālajño niścitaṃ sarvataḥ śuci.

14. The king, having quickly summoned his treasurer who was engaged in accumulating wealth (vittasañcaya), spoke. This treasurer was discerning of the right place and time, resolute, and in all respects honest.
