ततः प्रहृष्टाः पौरास्ते श्रुत्वा राजानमागतम् ।
तथा प्रचक्रुस्तत् सर्वं राज्ञा यत् प्रेषितं तदा ॥२४॥

24. tataḥ prahṛṣṭāḥ paurāste śrutvā rājānamāgatam ,
tathā pracakrustat sarvaṃ rājñā yat preṣitaṃ tadā.

24. Then, those citizens, delighted upon hearing that the king had arrived, promptly carried out all that which had been commanded by the king at that time.
