महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-65, verse-30

क्षेत्रभूमिं ददल्लोके पुत्र श्रियमवाप्नुयात् ।
रत्नभूमिं प्रदत्त्वा तु कुलवंशं विवर्धयेत् ॥३०॥
30. kṣetrabhūmiṁ dadalloke putra śriyamavāpnuyāt ,
ratnabhūmiṁ pradattvā tu kulavaṁśaṁ vivardhayet.

ratnabhūmiṃ pradattvā tu kulavaṃśaṃ vivardhayet
30. putra loke kṣetrabhūmiṃ dadat śriyam avāpnuyāt

30. O son, a person who gives agricultural land in the world will attain prosperity. But by giving jewel-bearing land, one should surely cause the family lineage to flourish.
