महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-65, verse-19

त्वं हि सर्वस्य जगतः स्थावरस्य चरस्य च ।
प्रभुर्भवसि तस्मात्त्वं समनुज्ञातुमर्हसि ॥१९॥
19. tvaṁ hi sarvasya jagataḥ sthāvarasya carasya ca ,
prabhurbhavasi tasmāttvaṁ samanujñātumarhasi.

prabhuḥ bhavasi tasmāt tvam samanujñātum arhasi

19. Indeed, you are the lord of this entire universe, both of what is stationary and what is moving. Therefore, you should grant permission.
