महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-9, verse-216

त्र्यक्षरात्मकतारेण परेशः प्रतिपाद्यते ।
पाता हर्ता च संस्रष्टा यो देवः प्रकृतेः परः ॥२१६॥
216. tryakṣarātmakatāreṇa pareśaḥ pratipādyate ,
pātā hartā ca saṁsraṣṭā yo devaḥ prakṛteḥ paraḥ.
