अशाम्भवेन मार्गेण देवतास्थापनञ्चरेत् ।
न सान्निध्यं भवेत्तत्र देवतायाः कथञ्चन ।
इहामुत्र फलं नास्ति कायक्लेशो धनक्षयः ॥१००॥

100. aśāmbhavena mārgeṇa devatāsthāpanañcaret ,
na sānnidhyaṁ bhavettatra devatāyāḥ kathañcana ,
ihāmutra phalaṁ nāsti kāyakleśo dhanakṣayaḥ.
na sānnidhyaṁ bhavettatra devatāyāḥ kathañcana ,
ihāmutra phalaṁ nāsti kāyakleśo dhanakṣayaḥ.

100. One should not perform the installation of a deity through an improper method. There is no presence of the deity there whatsoever. There is no fruit here or hereafter, only bodily distress and loss of wealth.
