महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-3, verse-71

भूर्जे विलिख्य गुटिकां स्वर्णस्थां धारयेत् यदि ।
कण्ठे वा दक्षिणे बाहो सर्वसिद्धीश्वरो भवेत् ॥७१॥
71. bhūrje vilikhya guṭikāṁ svarṇasthāṁ dhārayet yadi ,
kaṇṭhe vā dakṣiṇe bāho sarvasiddhīśvaro bhavet.

71. yadi bhūrje vilikhya svarṇa-sthām guṭikām kaṇṭhe vā dakṣiṇe bāhau dhārayet,
sarva-siddhi-īśvaraḥ bhavet
71. If someone writes this upon birch bark, places it inside a gold amulet, and wears it upon the neck or on the right arm, he verily becomes a master of all spiritual attainments.
