मन्त्रार्थं मन्त्रचैतन्यं यो न जानाति साधकः ।
शतलक्षप्रजप्तोऽपि तस्य मन्त्रो न सिद्ध्यति ॥३१॥

31. A practitioner who does not know the meaning and the living consciousness of the mantra, even if it is repeated one hundred thousand times, his mantra does not attain perfection.
