महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-3, verse-14

सर्वमन्त्रोत्तमः साक्षाद्धर्मार्थकाममोक्षदः ।
नात्र सिद्धाद्यपेक्षाऽस्ति नारिमित्रादिदूषणम् ॥१४॥
14. sarvamantrottamaḥ sākṣāddharmārthakāmamokṣadaḥ ,
nātra siddhādyapekṣā'sti nārimitrādidūṣaṇam.
