आगमोक्तविधानेन कलौ देवान् यजेत् सुधीः ॥८॥

8. O Śivā, it has already been stated by me in the Śrutis, Smṛtis, Purāṇas, and other texts - in the Kali age, a wise person should worship the divine beings according to the rules prescribed in the Āgamas.
