महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-12, verse-97

एकेन पितृवित्तेन यत्र वित्तमुपार्जितम् ।
पित्र्ये समांशा दायादा न लाभार्हा विनाऽर्जकम् ॥९७॥
97. ekena pitṛvittena yatra vittamupārjitam ,
pitrye samāṁśā dāyādā na lābhārhā vinā'rjakam.

97. Where wealth has been acquired by means of a single father's wealth, the heirs have equal shares in the patrimony, but they are not entitled to the profit without the earner.
