महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-12, verse-96

यदि स्वोपार्जितस्यार्धमेकस्मै धनहारिणाम् ।
ददात्यन्यैश्च दायादैः प्रतिरोद्धुं न शक्यते ॥९६॥
96. yadi svopārjitasyārdhamekasmai dhanahāriṇām ,
dadātyanyaiśca dāyādaiḥ pratiroddhuṁ na śakyate.

dadāti anyaiḥ ca dāyādaiḥ pratiroddhum na śakyate
96. yadi svopārjitasya ardham ekasmai dhanahāriṇām dadāti,
anyaiḥ ca dāyādaiḥ pratiroddhum na śakyate
96. If a man gives half of his self-earned property to one among those who are entitled to wealth, it cannot be opposed by the other heirs.
